How to hide the caption from Gallery index

I’d like to know how to hide the caption from Gallery index.

http://mozart.minibird.jp/wp/about/environ/ (Gallery index without caption: because pictures here are not put caption when uploaded)

And I’d like to show only pictures in Gallery index, and to show pictures with caption in Gallery picture’s page.

Is it possible to arrange ?
