I have my old wordpress site saved on another server, rather than migrating I just did a fresh WP install as it was easier.
On my old site, I had some text in four “blocks” which were on the front page of the site. Is there a specific file within the WP files that I can simply open/edit via FTP, so that I can easily copy/paste this text data so that I can use it again for the new site?
